BOLV Food Drive

BOLV is seeking in-kind donations (no expired food/canned goods are not welcomed). We are asking for toiletries donations. Eggs, milk, water, rice, bread, and chicken, cheese, cereal, etc. Monetary donations are welcomed, valued, and appreciated Monetary donations are considered tax write-offs.

The Beacon of Light Institute for Veterans launched the Heroes In Hunger food drive to address the disparity in access to food that affects our heroes, veterans, first responders, and their families. Moreover, to unite our local, regional, and global communities to support underappreciated and underserved people. heroes, veterans, first responders, and their families.

It has historically demonstrated that certain populations - veterans, first responders, and emergency responders - are undervalued and neglected. This is evident in their treatment as a result of their age, gender, disability, and other factors. Together with BOLV, let's fight hunger by showing them our love and respect.
